It’s no secret that the struggle is real for me and sugar since Day 12 of my January Whole30. To combat that, I found a craving-busting recipe from Homemade Mommy (with a single adaptation) that I wanted to share.
(Also. I’m definitely not a food blogger, or food photographer for that matter, so if you want to see an actual appetizing picture of this recipe, definitely check out the original link above :))
I’ve made this recipe a couple of times already, and something about the rich, creaminess of the almond butter and coconut oil really helps with those cravings.
Be sure to make this Whole30 approved Coconut Almost Butter Fudge, it’s delicious!
Coconut Almond Butter Fudge
1/2 C. coconut oil
1 c. almond butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. shredded coconut.
Melt the coconut oil, almond butter, and salt together until smooth. Stir in shredded coconut. Pour in an 8×8 pan and freeze until solid, for a couple of hours.
And that’s it! Super simple, and super satisfying!
If you’ve done the Whole30 before, what are some things you’ve made that helped get you through?
Do you need structure and organization, but still crave daily encouragement?
